She has traveled internationally as a motivational speaker to train and transform leaders. Following her passion to add value to people, which is the core of who she is.
Mariana went to college for Human Resources in her native country of Colombia where she was extremely successful leading and training teams as well as organizing healthy events for the entire company. Her journey with fitness began at the age of 16 years old when she enrolled herself in her first fitness class.
She later became a regional manager for a large fitness company in the United States, helping to open several locations around the country. Mariana has certifications in Eclectic Yoga and personal training, along with a Comprehensive certification in Pilates. She has worked with thousands of people including professional basketball and football players, as well as a few celebrities.
Throughout the years as a health and fitness expert, she discovered that healthy habits needed to be created and made it her mission to help others live a happier, more balanced life. Driven by the desire to help her clients, she created One Healthy Habit a Day, challenging people to practice one Healthy Habit a Day for 15 days. Offering daily guidance to help you move, sleep, think, and feel better! Mariana also founded the From The Inside Out Leadership brand. In this brand, Mariana believes and teaches that the first form of Leadership is Self-Leadership and it needs to begin From the Inside Out- Mind, Heart and Body. Healthy mind, Healthy Heart, and Healthy body.
