One of the things that I absolutely know for sure is that I love adding value to others either with their personal growth or their health and fitness.
Having a strong “CORE” or as I call it “POWER HOUSE” is extremely important. Just like building a house, the foundation of it needs to be strong or it will crumble. The same happens with our bodies.
Join me in this 4 week small group series focused on building core strength through pilates floor exercises that combine breath work, body resistance and the use of a magic circle ring. This targeted workout helps build, sculpt and tone your core (power house) as well as strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, fortifying your body from the inside out.
Whether you are an elite athlete or beginner, this series is for you!
