One Healthy Habit a Day Challenge

About the Event
I am challenging YOU, your friends, family, and community to a 15 day wellness challenge which will consist of changing an unhealthy habit or adding a healthy one to your daily routine.
I am asking you to post a picture EACH day for 15 days sharing how you are practicing this challenge - tag me, and use the hashtag #onehealthyhabitaday
Why? We can all benefit from adding a new healthy practice into our life and changing old unhealthy habits we may have. If you are already practicing health in your life, what else can you be adding to your life?
Examples may include: a walk in the park, eating a mindful meal, waking up early, moving your body through any physical activity that you enjoy, quieting the mind through a meditation practice for 10 minutes or more, go to your favorite juice bar and grab a healthy snack, begin a book, etc.
I am so excited to share this challenge with you and can't wait to see all of the amazing, healing things you add to your routine and how they will begin to positively impact your life!
